Rustic hand made Cleaver Kitchen knife. This knife was made by artist/knife maker Dan Berg. Its made from 3/16 thick 1095 high carbon steel. The blade has a unique thatched blade texture to give it a rustic hand forged look. Scales, or handles are walnut and includes brass bolsters. Each cleaver is hand crafted. Each will vary slightly in design. Please note that while we cut out the knife blanks in advance each knife is hand crafted to order. Allow 2-3 wks for delivery.
