Chef knife is 11 3/4" long and 1 13/4" wide. The AEBL stainless steel blade is beautifully etched with Dolphins, coral and tropical fish design AEBL is one of the new super stainless steels. It's the same material they make razor blades from. AEBL holds a great edge. This high-quality knife has custom handles and polished brass bolsters. This is one of the most unique and beautiful knife designs we have ever made.
