This listing is for a one of a kind custom hand made piece of functional metal art. This Beach Themed Chef knife was made by Dan Berg. It is 11 1/2" long and 1 13/4" wide. The razor sharp blade is made from AEBL stainless steel. The blade is beautifully hand etched with a Beach landscape to complement one of a kind abalone shell colored handles.
AEBL is one of the new super stainless steels. It's the same material they make razor blades from. AEBL holds a great edge. This is one of the most unique and beautiful knife designs we have ever made. Sure to become a family Heirloom.
